Frugal Nesting is a website for families to find inspiration and solutions to their parenting pain points, budgeting challenges and dreams for their home + family life.
I am a semi-crunchy mom who is passionate about all things parenting related from trying to conceive, through pregnancy, labor & delivery, postpartum and on into full-blown {attachment} parenting. I am also obsessed with shopping, saving and personal finance.
I love to research a question to find just the right solution and passing that information on to others! Over the years I have become the “go-to” opinion/recommendation source for my tribe when it comes to just about anything! I am also a curator of great content. These things make me happy and I hope they make you happy too!
Birth of a Mommy Blog
This blog began shortly after I turned 35 years old in August of 2014 and we were trying to conceive a second child…we were trying for a girl! [Spoiler alert >> I’m still a boy mom!] This started out as documentation of my journey and has evolved over time.
