So the other night I’m making this super complicated chicken risotto for a few friends and it’s not going well. The cookware is doing its job, I just don’t know how to make risotto. See, I lied to my friends to impress them but I don’t even have a recipe, I’m just burning meat. In fact, it’s not even chicken, I have no idea.
