I created this printable Nanny Daily Sheet as a way to communicate daily details with our nanny. I use it to document specifics on school, work, and lunch. I also use it to leave notes on things I don’t want to forget to mention. This works really well for us because the school schedule is so inconsistent. As are our work obligations.
I am able to document things like early release days, no school days or use the ‘other’ option for things like school events. We also document notes regarding our work schedules so the nanny knows when we may have limited accessibility. The lunch notes are there so our nanny knows what to cook on days where the kids will be home at lunchtime. Or what to pack in the backpack for school. We also have a space for random notes & reminders. At the bottom, I fill in a fun adjective for the day like “fabulous” or “spectacular”!
