Lactation Smoothie Recipes for Nursing Moms

Breastfeeding

One of the reasons that I spend so much time on the topic of breastfeeding and milk supply is because it’s hard.

It was hard for me and I hear constantly from people in FB groups, at work, and around my community how hard it is for so many moms.

So this is a labor of love from me to you. I want you to have the resources you need to be successful. To not give up and not feel tortured as you navigate your way.

Breastfeeding is the best gift you can give to yourself and to your sweet baby. And you owe it to both of you to get the support and resources you need to feel good about it.

I’ve shared in other posts a lot of the things that have helped me along the way. One thing that I really loved, particularly in the early days were smoothies.
